As it is the closest Hyundai dealer to me, I went there for some work on a 2006 Tucson that had been overheating. They were nice enough when I dropped it off, and they called me back saying that it would b for some work on a 2006 Tucson that had been overheating. They were nice enough when I dropped it off, and they called me back saying that it would be $761.00 for the repairs (about what I had figured). I get there the next day to pick it up, they want over $1200.00. Needless to say I was rather irked. The service guy who helped me was gone for the day and unreachable by phone, the service manager does nothing to help other than say "well, we can't take the new parts off your car", looks me up in their system and informs me that I haven't been in there for work in 3 years (I do oil changes and minor maintenance myself), and as such he can't "give me a break on the price". Apparently the service motto there is to overcharge the casual customer to get their money's worth. I love the Hyundai models and am looking to buy two this year. Guess I need to find another dealership. More

I brought my '13 Camaro in this afternoon for it's first oil change. I had the pleasure of working with Keith Overturf. Keith was very courteous and friendly. I visited the dealership to get an oil change, tire rotation and yearly inspection. Reggie took great care of me and the work was completed quickly and correctly. Even after moving to Frisco over six years ago, I still bring my 2000 Corvette to Huffines, Plano because of Reggie. I trust him and value his opinion because I feel he will not try to perform unnecessary work or charge me more than is necessary. Reggie has advised me over the phone on a couple of service issues which kept me from making an unnecessary trip for service. Reggie is the best! Frank has been a big help to not only me, but other members of my family. Having purchased several vehicles in my day I will say without any apprehension or reservation that buying a car from Huffines Hyundai, and specifically Douglas Peyton, is by far the best car buying exper without any apprehension or reservation that buying a car from Huffines Hyundai, and specifically Douglas Peyton, is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Douglas never gave off the impression that he was a Car Salesman just trying to make a buck -- completely opposite; Douglas made us feel welcomed. He took the time to ask the right questions AND THEN listened to what we had to say. Unlike other experiences I've had where I was being "steered" in the direction the sales person wanted me to go. Douglas took the information we gave him and then made suggestions based on that intel. Additionally, Douglas' knowledge about the Hyundai models is impressive. Again, he took the time to show us EVERYTHING the Santa Fe had going for it -- no minor detail/feature was ignored. By the time we test drove the vehicle I/we (my wife and I) didn't have that unfamiliar feeling you usually have when test driving a car; we felt comfortable. Finally, the actual sales process... AMAZING how Douglas worked FOR us, and not just for the benefit of himself or Hyundai. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get us a great deal, and because we would be considered a "challenge" credit-wise, the end results were awesome!
