Kelly was great. She listened to what my wife and I wanted and delivered on that. She saw the Tahoe available at another dealer and got it since she did not have one on their lot at the time. All of this was over the phone or email, Other dealers heard what we wanted but stopped short of taking the time to check the local inventory. Kelly did this and won the business. Everything was handled prior to us ever stepping foot on the dealer lot. It took 45 minutes on a Friday night to get in, sign, go over the safety check for the vehicle and leave.
