After a test drive we started looking at some numbers and very quickly came to an agreement. He is willing to go the extra steps in explaining different scenarios in the purchase and trade in. As the person that purchases new cars for my company I have dealt with many different financial people but have never dealt with one as professional and patient as Eric Tanner. Normally this part of the transaction is time consuming and the person from the dealership is almost as bored as the purchasor. This is definately not the case with Eric as he took extra steps in explaining the extended care program and the different options available.
