Melanie was fabulous. Her warm smile and knowledge together bring the VW experience over and beyond. To me, the front desk (in any situation) represents the establishment and what it stands for. To me, that particular VW, stands for warm, friendly, honest, willing, hardworking and dedication ...and I see that all in Melanie. Thank you for your help. However, not sure why this website needs my email address and I need to register to submit this. That is the only thing I'm not really too happy about. I am going to pray that they are not selling my information, which they didn't make clear that they don't in the privacy policy. More

Debbie and Brianne have always been the most delightful service representatives for us over the past several years. I have been using the Service Department since purchasing my 2006 Jetta and adding another 2010 Jetta. The mechanics do a great job--this time around I had the 120,000 service done, and my 2006 model now sounds as good, if not better, than the 2010! Of course, I added four new tires since the old ones were screaming for a change! The only setback for the day was when I requested a steak sandwich for lunch from Debbie when she went to lunch, she only brought me back a bag of candy! The good news is that the candy included two chocolate kisses--my favorite! Leave it to your star representative--she always makes things go well!!! More
