Called to schedule a 10K service, and was given an appointment for later that afternoon. Car was taken in immediately, and person at service desk told me I was due for an inspection the next month (a appointment for later that afternoon. Car was taken in immediately, and person at service desk told me I was due for an inspection the next month (a few days away). Asked if I wanted that done, too. After not too long a wait, both 10K service and inspection were done, and I was charged just $10 (for the NYS Inspection). Very satisfied with speed of getting car in and out, and being saved a second trip to dealer to take care of inspection the next month. More

My new 2013 CC had a problem--check engine light went on after barely 200 miles. Brought it in after Hunter my sales guy made me an appointment. I brought my old Passat to be serviced, but it turned out to need over $4000 in repairs so I decided to replace it. I needed that to happen in very short order.
