Went in for my 1st service on my new to me '10 CC. They were replacing a piece of trim on the back window and clearing a Service now light. Dropped the car off with no problem, they even offered me a ride were replacing a piece of trim on the back window and clearing a Service now light. Got home later and realized that the Service now message was still there, called customer service and they walked me thru how to clear the message. Great friendly service.
