We could not be more pleased with the seamless process that we went through with them. I purchased a Golf in 2006 from them and loved their attitude and customer service. The product also speaks for itself. My husband & I's process was fast (done in 2 days) and the finance manager was excellent in searching for all options. David was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. If you love VWs - don't waste your time going to any other dealer. Hudson Valley VW's are reasonably priced and the overall experience is excellent. I called Eric out of the blue on Christmas Eve to inquire about a pre-owned vehicle. Not only was he happy to have us come right in, but he took the time, care, and patience to go over all the details of the vehicle and car-buying experience, and answer all of our questions -- despite the fact that is was a holiday. Great Experience I brought my car in for routine service after recently moving to the area. Upon examination they noticed I had a faulty ball joint which needed repla I brought my car in for routine service after recently moving to the area. Upon examination they noticed I had a faulty ball joint which needed replacement. As the part was not immediately available they gave me a loaner car to use until repairs could be made the following morning. When I picked up my car the following day I noticed my left rear blinker was out. They replaced it immediately at no charge. I even got a coupon for a free car wash as the service department was short staffed because of the holidays! More
