Updated me with how long service would take, when fixes were taking longer than expected, and had the car ready the very next day. Not so good service department I like HVV for their sales team, but the service team leaves a lot to be desired. First when I needed a new tire (bubble), they told me to come in, b I like HVV for their sales team, but the service team leaves a lot to be desired. First when I needed a new tire (bubble), they told me to come in, but didn't bother to see if they had the tire in stock first, so I made a trip with a bad tire for no reason. Then they didn't call once they got the tire in stock. Then when it came time for them to repair the rims, they quoted me 2 days, and at the end of 2 days, they hadn't called. Turns out they needed a 3rd day, and I don't even get a call to tell me that? Then it would be ready the "first thing" on that 3rd day. Apparently "first thing" is at 5:00PM, because I had to call at 4:30 to see if my car was done yet, and it wasn't. If you've dealt with this service department, I'm sure you've heard the phrase "we got really busy". Seems like they are always "really busy" fixing things besides my car. More
