I told the service agent I need it by 1:00pm to go to a doctors appointment she said ok. Called a 12:00 to make sure it was going to be done a different agent said he would relay the message to my agent. I never got a call back so I assumed it would be done. When I arrived at 1:00 they never even look at it yet. Such a waste of my time. 😡And I bought a $65,000 truck from them. More
Ongoing 3 month repair! Just want my truck back 3 months of attempting to fix my truck as well as 7 attempts to give it back to me just to bring it in the same or next day from fluids pouring out, b 3 months of attempting to fix my truck as well as 7 attempts to give it back to me just to bring it in the same or next day from fluids pouring out, burning smells like rubber, and now my truck is making a very high pitched sound as I accelerate like the power steering pump or alternator is dying since I picked it up today and to top it off I get out of my truck after being on the phone for 5 mins to a huge puddle of what I believe is antifreeze. Most of the service tech's there look like they are 18-20 years old. Tried to call today to once again resolve issue to only get hung up on 3 times or the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Far from a professional business. I am now letting Chrysler Corporate handle the matter. Since I reached out to corporate they too can not get anyone to answer their phone calls. It's a circus and a waste of my time as I need my truck for work as I'm a contractor. 3 months and still at square 1. After this I contact NYS licensing. More

Very friendly- helpful- resourceful staff I contacted service department to get a quote on tires. I didn't know the tire size or car VIN# or anything that I needed to know in order for me to I contacted service department to get a quote on tires. She patiently waited while obtained needed information and did not get frustrated with me nor did she treat me like an idiot even when I gave her incorrect info at one point. not the service i expect from a dealer i sent my ex-wife (YES we still get along and sometimes she asks for recommendations on repairs)in on 3/17/17 for 3 services, a tire rotation, a SYNTH i sent my ex-wife (YES we still get along and sometimes she asks for recommendations on repairs)in on 3/17/17 for 3 services, a tire rotation, a SYNTHETIC oil change which she had a Chrysler oil change contract and a transmission fluid AND FILTER replacement,at the write up the writer couldn't seem to figure out how to retrieve the contract even though she told him it was still under her old married name, and had to give the write up to anther writer, after several hours there for 3 relatively quick routine services she was presented the bill which was higher than the original quote having to get to work she paid and when she had time to review it she noticed they CHARGED her full price for the oil change and DIDN'T use the REQUESTED SYNTHETIC OIL, this car has ALWAYS used synthetic oil and she is now hesitant about having regular oil used , she also noticed there was 12 quarts of trans fluid and a transmission "flush" kit but NO sealer or fluid billed out (i have had plenty of mopar's over my live and plenty of services so i know what should be billed on each service) this car has to last and she performs all necessary maintenance at a dealer,and expected the fluid AND filter to be replaced as requested NOT a transmission "flush" which is NOT recommended in the owners manual, she called and asked what happened they REFUSED to make it correct saying the oil was a "blend" yes the oil this engine takes (5w20) can be bought in blend synthetic OR straight mineral but she specifically requested the service contract she paid for to be used with the SYNTHETIC oil change upgrade, i have no idea who the manager is BUT as a first time customer this was DEFINITELY NOT the service that was expected from a dealer she will be returning to a dealer farther from home BUT honest, and willing to do the maintenance requested More

I brought my car in for service and needed an oil change but didn't have the time for the oil change and service put in oil to get me by until I could come back in. When I returned into dealership the following week they also fixed my light that was out despite being extra busy. While we waited they welcomed my very friendly 2 year old and allowed him to greet the staff and customers. Wouldn't think of bringing my Durango anywhere other then here More
Service experience was terrible! I took my vehicle about 4 times for brake and loose battery terminal issues. I paid for services that never fixed the issues. Even when the issue wasn't fixed and I spent over $400, they still wanted me to pay for services that I knew wasn't going to fix it because I specifically explained I had the noise when I had factory rotors and brakes this is why I changed them in the first place! Moral of the story, my problems never got fixed and I'm out over $400 for absolutely no reason. I will NEVER take my vehicle back because they never presented any solution or customer satisfaction! Danielle was great, but the service manager and mechanics were literally playing a guessing game with my jeep! More
