WOW what a difference new ownership makes I had tried to buy a jeep there in the past and it just didnt work out. So when i heard there was new ownership i would give them a try. You can bri IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER LOYALTY OR SERVICE THEN BRING YOU CAR TO THE NEWBURGH MOTORS PARKS DEALERSHIP. You can bring your vehicle for maintenance every year and spend thousands of dollars and none of that matters to the Service Manager. I brought my van in with an issue - I knew what it was - they knew what it was - $1500 dollars later I brough my van back home with the same problem. I called and complaint - was told that part of the problem was fixed but now I needed a new radiator. I told them my radiator was leaking when i brought it in. I told them the next day it was still leaking. I was told by the Service Manager that they could fix it but I would have to pay an additional 500.00 and the best she can do was give me 20% off. I could not believe what I heard. I said you knew the problem from the start and did not replace the radiator and now after I paid over 1500 including getting my brakes done with them - they could not fix the problem i brought my van in with in the first place. I was informed that she could not justify fixing it for what she considered free - (although I was already charged for the work) because my van has close to 100,000 miles. I explained that i brought it to them knowing it had almost 100,000 because I wanted to take good care of my van always. I asked to speak to the dealership manager and was disconnected. I called left a message with the receptionist - 3 weeks later NO CALL. Wow - all those years buying tires for my van, oil changes, tune ups, repairs - always taking it to them counted for nothing. At the end of the day - I had to pay another dealership for it. However, I will never again bring it to them. I was considering trading my Van - I do not care how far I would have to drive to another dealership - I will do it - rather than give them my business ever again. More
truck in and out for over a month and never fixed the problem. I spent 2000 dollars on other things they said was wrong. But still not fixing the problem I came in for. Finance Officer Charles Schroeder was a true asset providing multiple avenues of financing and additional services to keep the new vehicle in top condition to keep it not only running well but keeping the appearance at its best. Manager Brian Jenei was and is a great leader of this outstanding team and not only works with the employees to close the sale but to assure the customer leaves his shop with what they really came in for. Great job from a great team, which is why I am not just a repeat customer, but a loyal customer.
