New 4Runner I bought my Toyota 4Runner on Monday Night from this dealership. My brother had what he called an awesome car buying experience there so I went in too I bought my Toyota 4Runner on Monday Night from this dealership. My brother had what he called an awesome car buying experience there so I went in too. Rarely do I put awesome and car buying in same sentence. But I will now. I wanted a quick deal on last day of month and they did it. The reason for this, the way the GM Dean Ciccarelli runs the place. He finalized my deal quickly and worked numbers with me on the fly and I'm not easy on this stuff because I do my homework. NO BS with Dean as my brother said. He says it to you straight and I love that. People are too smart these days for the back and forth BS. Add to this one other major positive and it's the people that work for him. I like a place that is good to their employees. I watched Dean give an award for best Halloween costume to his employees while I was waiting. Then Jacques in finance telling me how good Dean has been to him and wishing me a "God Bless" as I left that night. Rick the sales guy was low pressure. Worst Dealership - Not transparent at all I had purchased a 2005 toyota camry from hudson toyota in 2007 .I was very new to car buying and was not aware of carfax back in 2007. They guy who so I had purchased a 2005 toyota camry from hudson toyota in 2007 .I was very new to car buying and was not aware of carfax back in 2007. They guy who sold me this car never revealed that the car was involved in an accident. Now I am trying to sell this car and got a car fax for other people to look at,that's when I found out it was in accident two months before I purchased. I will never recommend any one to buy from these guys. Alen More

Worst dealership The worst dealership ever. Bought the car 2 years ago. And it was my worst day ever. Me and my pregnant wife came at 9 am and filled out the credit ap The worst dealership ever. Bought the car 2 years ago. And it was my worst day ever. Me and my pregnant wife came at 9 am and filled out the credit application. They held us for 8 hours. Had no food for 8 hours. At 5 pm the financing specialist called us to his office and started telling us that our credit was bad (740). Gave us %9. My wife was almost unconscious. And we wanted to go so bad that signed the contract. Got out of dealership at 7 pm. Oh and yeah they sold us the demo car with 1000 miles on it. Be careful. Do not go there. And be aware of the staff. Especially Billy. Sneaky guy. They don't care about you More
A Sales Person I can trust When I was in the market for a New auto, the first person I thought of was Mario Diogo. Mario was the sales person who helped me with my last auto and When I was in the market for a New auto, the first person I thought of was Mario Diogo. Mario was the sales person who helped me with my last auto and I was not disappointed. There are three reasons why I thought of Mario - honest, integrity and very helpful even after the purchase. Honesty - when I went to see Mario about getting a new auto, I gave Mario the the specific about what I was looking for and he found a vehicle that fit my criteria. I asked him what about some of the other vehicles that were on the lot at the time and he said it doesn't fit the budget I gave him to work with. Integrity - I've been in contact with Mario for years and he's one of the best Sales persons I've ever worked with. When I was purchasing my auto, it came with a few additional things that I was not going to get charged for. After a few minutes with speaking to his manager, Mario presented the numbers to me made sure I understood what I was paying for. When I went to sign the papers, Mario escorted me to the signing and reminded the manager that I was not to get charged for those item and I didn't get charged. Helpful after the sale - one day I sent Mario a question about my vehicle, but instead of sending a reply text message, Mario called me back to make sure he understood my question and advised me how to get it resolved. He simply said to me "it's a new auto and that should be covered under your warranty" and let him know if it is not covered and he will find a way to get my used resolved or point me in a different direction to get it solved. Now there are a lot of good Sales persons out there in the world that will get you what you are looking for. But there are a few Great Sales persons who will go above and beyond what is expected of them and Mario is one of them. Stan G More
