Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile by Tirso FEBRUARY 2017 Once again, came to my favorite car dealership looking to trade my 2011 Corolla. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile by Tirso Pena. Tirso had helped me in the past so I remembered him quite well. Just like my previous experience, Tirso was affable, serviceable and determined to stay with me until I picked my vehicle. Tirso was completely friendly from the moment I walked into the dealership until the time I drove away in my 2014 Camry (a total of almost 7 hours). This type of service is priceless and surely appreciated by me. When it came time to close the deal, sales manager, Juan Morisette, did not disappoint. I was pleased with the trade offer and decided to proceed with the deal. Once again, Juan Morisette worked up the numbers and those numbers were ultimately the out-the-door numbers. Again, this is my favorite car dealership. This is my 6th dealing with this dealership (4 purchases, 2 leases). I live over an hour away and have 2 major Toyota dealerships near me. However, I choose to drive here because of the level of service and the no-games dealings I have experienced. Thank you Hudson Toyota! DECEMBER 2016 Came to Hudson Toyota once again looking for a good deal on a 2017 Highlander. I was greeted by sales representative Danny Roa. Danny was great from the start. He gave me my space to look around and waited until I asked him questions before he personalized his approach. Danny was very patient and informative. I never felt pressured or hassled. Danny allowed me to test drive a few vehicles before I felt comfortable with the 2017 Highlander SE AWD I chose. Danny made my buying experience a total pleasure. Juan Morisette was professional and a no-games, no-haggling sales manager. Once again, Hudson Toyota made me a happy buyer! More

Worst shopping experience. Went to this dealer with my brother to test drive the 4Runner before pulling the trigger on the lease. The sales man asked us to walk out to the rear lot while raining to check out the car and while walking to the car I asked the sales man why we have to go all the way in the back he replied "It is Jersey city man" like if I look I will be stealing the car! I went back to the display floor area asking for a manager to complain about the service quality and no one showed up for a while then decided to leave. Why the customers have to go out themselves in bad weather to look at a car in the rear lot? why not have a better service and bring it to the front parking area and show it to potential buyers? I would never recommend this place based on my experience. More
