2018 Corolla IM I purchased a 2018 corolla im on 2/23/18 when i got there they gave me 4 different sales man untill I finally got one they kept saying he is taking ca I purchased a 2018 corolla im on 2/23/18 when i got there they gave me 4 different sales man untill I finally got one they kept saying he is taking care of u jumping one guy to another then when we made the deal the sales man told me they where giving me remote start i had my brother inlaw with me which he cosign n my sister was there too n heard him say it to me. To make story short when i sign the contract i saw they charge me 699 for a remote start which the sales men said he was giving me which to me i understood it was free n then i saw another charge for some paint protection which was another 599 which I was not told when we where making the deal i was about to leave the contract on the table the manager came n said I told u about these charges which he never did when we made the deal i felt like they where calling me a liar.To make story short I felt I was not treated right I did not saw the friendlynes from the manager n sales person n i was never told about these hidden charges i think i will never go back a buy a car from them againg or send Any one there to buy a car. After almost a month a manager call me n ask me what happen n I explain to him what happen so he said he was going to call me back within a few days to see what he could do n to this date still waiting for his call !!!! More

I am not local to the area as I was coming from over 150 mi From the moment I called the dealer to inquire about the car they had red carpet service. I am not local to the area as I was coming from over 150 miles away so I wanted to be sure everything was a go before I traveled that distance. Cesar, who was an amazing sales rep, did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and confident in him, the car, and the dealership as a whole. He even went so far as to FaceTime me to show me the inside, outside, engine, trunk, etc about the car I was interested in. I felt comfortable so I made the trip over 150 miles one way that next day. When I got there, everyone in the dealership made me feel great about the experience. There was NO pressure to buy, no pressure to use their banks and those interest rates, no pressure to come up in price from the advertised price on the car I wanted and no pressure to come down in price from the amount I wanted for my trade in. It was a smooth transaction and one of the best I have had in my car buying history! I can actually remember looking at the cars as a little girl and sitting in the waiting room eating snacks. The place has certainly upgraded over the years, but the staff remain the same as we remember - kind, helpful, and respectful. My parents have purchased 4 cars (two of which they still own), my brother purchased a Highlander, I purchased a Scion tC (which I still own), and we just picked up our new Sienna SE Premium last night! To say that we are happy is an understatement. Michael Andrade is an exceptional employee and a genuinely good person. He went above and beyond to make our family’s dream car a reality. We are so thankful for his sincerity and eagerness to exceed our expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone and will send everyone we know his way!
