My experience at the dealership was good. When I call them first I spoke with the manager Alex, and he referred me to Sam. Sam picked me up from Journal Square to the dealership, I was very grateful for them first I spoke with the manager Alex, and he referred me to Sam. Afterwords he showed me the car he gave me the explanation beforehand I felt very comfortable with Sam. I like the car, but I wanted to negotiate a good deal. I spoke to Alex as well, but it looked like it wasn't working in my favor and I have to go home without the car. but even afterwords they continued to help me with at least extending my auto loan and it showed that they were trying to work out something. In the end I was able to work out everything and stay under my budget. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. Thank Sam! More

My husband and I had checked out another Subaru dealer the day before and we felt we were not getting as good a deal as we should be, so we returned to Hudson Subaru where we had purchased our first Outba the day before and we felt we were not getting as good a deal as we should be, so we returned to Hudson Subaru where we had purchased our first Outback 8 years ago. Everybody was very pleasant and professional. Janitsa, the young lady at reception made quite an impression on me. She is the first person you speak to on the telephone and makes you feel right at home. You don't find that everywhere nowadays. Chito worked with us all the way through and we had plenty of tea and coffee. Frank made us feel right at home while explaining all the business end of things and extras. We would definitely recommend Hudson Subaru. More
