When first going in to this deal ship, I was expecting like most the same thing I'd received from most dealerships and wanted just to look around with no real intention's on waking away with a car as soon like most the same thing I'd received from most dealerships and wanted just to look around with no real intention's on waking away with a car as soon as the next day! Well I was totally wrong......I was never more pleased with how everyone there was warm and very friendly. But most of all having the sales rep Johan Rivas who inform me that he was new there, and me saying once again "Oh no, this is really not gonna work out...a new jack" I could never be more satisfied as I was on the very same day of going into the dealership. Johan was not just knowledgeable, but what ever he did not know had no problem getting a clear answer for me right away! I was not happy with the first car's I was being shown and even having a xxxx of situation that needed major working on the sales rep took in to consideration what my needs and wants were and right away came up with the perfect car that I could not be more pleased with at the present time! it was a pleasure doing business with this gentleman as well as all the staff there. As soon as I drove in to the parking lot, Johan Rivas took the initiative to go out on the parking lot and greet me. He was very attentive to my needs. Although new to the dealership Johan was very informative on their product. He was not only informative he was very friendly, courteous and professional. What I like about Johan the most is that he was very patient with me and did not pressure me into any decision. He gave me all the information with no back end tricks to it. He was trustworthy unlike most dealers trying to get the most out of you. It took half the day to get a deal done but I was very satisfied with the decision. Accent Stripe $295 2. Wheel moldings $295 3. Door edge guard: $295 4. Security Etch: $495 5. 1 year key Replacement: $395 6. Remote starter: $795 Package Price: $2570 I do not see these items listed anywhere on my receipt obviously all these items are listed at crazy prices that nobody would ever buy them. But the inflated add-on price isusedas startin point for negotiation and you do not notice it till you get delivery, that none of these items are listed on receipt. When called, answer was "we have it on our record, trust us" Second issue: Pre-sale, life time warranty is made out to be best thing since cliced bread. As soon as deposit is paid, story changes. All the negative things about this comeout and the business manager will try to convince you to buy over-priced extended warranty, explaing how inadequate the lifetime warranty is Third Issue: Despite almost being the only customer in show-room, business manager delayed delivery close to two hours. I could not help but think this was a tactic to wear you out, so that add-on pitches become easier I do think other dealers are no better than hudson-subaru. My experience with this dealer is fair, but could have been better. More
