Well I was totally wrong......I was never more pleased with how everyone there was warm and very friendly. But most of all having the sales rep Johan Rivas who inform me that he was new there, and me saying once again "Oh no, this is really not gonna work out...a new jack" I could never be more satisfied as I was on the very same day of going into the dealership. Johan was not just knowledgeable, but what ever he did not know had no problem getting a clear answer for me right away!
