Their showroom was packed with new cars and you can see the information you need on display. We were lured to this dealership because of their Lifetime Warranty offer on the engine. Aside from their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty, we were greeted by excellent customer service. We didn't have an appointment but Mr. Chito Encarnacion was very accommodating, and helped us get the deal most convenient to us. He was very patient with us. We would gladly recommend him and this dealership to our family and friends. Overall it was a great experience. More

Accomadating, knowledgeable and friendly I walked into the Hudson Subaru dealership on Saturday August 2nd and Chito Encarnacion met me and my friend at the door. "You look familiar," he said I walked into the Hudson Subaru dealership on Saturday August 2nd and Chito Encarnacion met me and my friend at the door. "You look familiar," he said. I was surprised he didn't forget my face. Apparently, I had purchased a car from Chito almost 10 years ago and came back to buy another car and he remembered me--that was a plus! After doing some research on Subaru's, I had an idea of what I wanted but I was open to looking at other cars. He patiently walked through the dealership with me and after 2 test drives of two different Subaru models, I made my choice and we started the paperwork process. Buying a car is not the easiest thing in the world to do. But it helps when you have a salesperson who is accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly and may I also add has a sense of humor. Chito made my car-buying experience very manageable. I will definitely buy from him and the Subaru dealership again. More
Dishonest and unfriendly I called ahead of time and asked for a car that was advertised on their car at MSRP and was told that the car was available and given the price stated I called ahead of time and asked for a car that was advertised on their car at MSRP and was told that the car was available and given the price stated as MSRP so I went and visited the dealer which was a two hour drive. Once on arrival I met with the salesman and after seeing the car and sitting down to discuss the price the salesman came up with a price of 4k over MSRP without including fees and taxes and 7 k over MSRP after taxes and fees. I was already dissapointed with the dishonesty of this dealership for making me loose my time. The salesman brought the manager and tried to hold us while we were ready to leave offering us what he said was a MASSIVE DISCOUNT but still ended up being almost 3k over MSRP. Overall a very unpleasant experience. I have just placed my order in for another car at MILLER SUBARU and couldn't be happier with their service. More

First I was baited and switched on the price of the car in that I was told that the price I'd seen Don't buy a car here! Worst customer service EVER! First I was baited and switched on the price of the car in that I was told that the price I'd seen advertised was a "loyalty discount" for people who had purchased from Hudson Subaru in the past. Although there was a disclaimer about the loyalty discount on an Internet listing the salesman showed me, on the site I used, there was no disclaimer. I figured that it was still an okay price even if it wasn't a GREAT price, and I really needed the car, so I bought it anyway. I drove it for eight days, after which the battery died. I called to complain and was told to take the car to a local mechanic and find out whether the battery needed replacement or whether it simply needed a good charge. When it turned out that the battery needed to be replaced, I was told to pay for the replacement battery and fax the receipt to the salesman I'd worked with, and I would be reimbursed. I paid approximately $245 for the replacement battery and sent the receipts as instructed. I did not get a reply in email or a return phone call despite many attempts. After several weeks of that, I spoke to customer service and explained the situation. Customer service apologised profusely, and told me to forward the receipts to them and it would be taken care of. So I did, and once again, I was ignored, unable to get a reply by phone or email. Finally, I gave up and took the further loss, which I'm sure is what Hudson Subaru was counting on. Between the bait-and-switch, and the bad faith with which I was dealt after the sale, I find it extremely hard to believe that anyone ever takes this place up on their "loyalty discount." I've never felt so disrespected by anyone I gave so much of my money to. STAY AWAY! More
