After this discovery and speaking to the financing specialist, we were able to secure a much better interest rate and a warranty service that we actually wanted. More

I still had to meet with the finance manager (45 min. wait b/c he was with another customer) but then I signed all the documents and was out the door with my new car! Kene was one of the most professional auto sale reps I have ever met.
