Lease to Ownership I went to Hudson Subaru to "deal" with my end-of-lease Subaru Outback with >30K mileage overage. Chito was very helpful and presented me with a vehicle purchase option with the specs that I was looking for - basically the same model as before since I was completely satisfied with my 2014 Outback. We methodically went through the process and got the deal done with a 0% promo deal (48 months). Chito was very personable and knew the vehicle line well. They are Decietful I bought an Acura TL from this dealer, they showed me the car without washing and i realized there were bunch of scratches later. They also charged 600 dollars extra in NC taxes and registration, Even after reaching them several times they have not refunded my money. Please keep away. They are only good while selling the car. Apparently I went to the wrong Salesman When I got to this dealership, I mistakenly walked into the Service Center. I waited there for about 15 minutes an no one even looked up to greet me, When I got to this dealership, I mistakenly walked into the Service Center. I waited there for about 15 minutes an no one even looked up to greet me, let alone tell me I was in the wrong place. Despite going into the wrong facility, gut feeling told me this was a bad idea. On my way to walk out, I ran into a man, and I asked did he work there and he said yes. I figured I'd give them a chance and told them what I wanted. I felt like I was pressured to do things I didn't want to do. I was pressured into a lease when I wanted to finance. Despite not having perfect credit, I have financed 2 cars previously and couldn't understand why this time was any different. The more questions I asked the more agitated the people working with me became. For getting a new SUV, I didn't get the cover that goes over the trunk to hide what's inside, I was told it didn't come with it,. My paperwork stated my car had 10 miles but in reality it had 87 miles. I was told that my licence plate would be transferred from my previous car, which it wasn't. There were A LOT of little things that made the entire process a nightmare! I thought it was bad when I bought a bad car from a good dealership, it's even worse buying a great care from a horrible dealership!!! I read many comments praising this facility, maybe I went on the wrong day and saw the wrong salesman! Because I was in a jam, and needed to get a car ASAP, I settled for this experience. All I know is that I will definitely be going to a different dealership in the future! More

As soon as he realiz I love Subaru, but this dealership is not the best one ! First of all- My experience with Mike Pace was not very pleasant. As soon as he realize that I don't want to purchase any additional warranty, He became very aggressive. Similarly, As soon as they realize that you are going to purchase the car that you like. They start to modify the deals/ calculations and change the agreement and make sure that you get confused. A lot of mixed messages, and back and forward deals between the contact person and the backdoor salesman. It was annoying. I also think that I did not get real value of my previous car. No transparency ! In summary- they did not establish a thrust ! Next time- I will go somewhere else More
