Chico gets s the Subaru we wanted! Went into Hudson Subaru and sat down with Chito Encarnacion. He was attentive and listened to what we were looking for in a Subaru. Long story short he arranged to find us a new 2017 Forrester , fully loaded in white with a saddle interior. It was a lot of work for him to find it but he came through for us. He arranged for us to sit down with Mike Pace in Finance who actually made getting a loan fun. Imagine! Excellent experience all the way around. JB More

He is always thoughtful of what I am looking for and makes the process of buying a new car very easy. The only reason I came back to Hudson Subaru for a third time is because I know I can trust Chito to help me find the car that I want. It was also great working with Mike who helped me complete my purchase. Signing the paperwork isn't usually the most exciting part of buying a new car but he was very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with him. More

I originally went to the dealership where I got the original lease and was simply not happy with the service I received. I decided to come to Hudson Subaru and see what my customer service experience would be there. Chito Encarnacion was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. For the next 5 hours he answered all my questions, helped me crunch numbers and helped me find the car that met all of my specifications. He has a professional demeanor and warmth that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet him. I must also comment on how professional and friendly Mike from the finance department was. Mike made the final step of the deal a breeze with his upbeat conversation! I look forward to seeing everyone again!! More

Bought a 2017 outback I recently got into a major car accident and got hurt. I really love how Subaru feels and look much safer than Honda or Toyota (plastic feel). He is very professional and gave me a really good deal. I went to shop around and found out other dealers always claiming that they don't have the car. I bought the car out of the showroom and very happy with it. He explained everything in detail and even helped me set up my phone to the car. Also, I was pleasantly surprise I got 0% promo deal (48 months) instead of 36 months. I will definitely refer other of my friends and family to Chito. I had secured a loan the day before in preparation of a buy-out, but wanted to see if it made better sense to trade in and purchase. Chito was very helpful and presented me with a vehicle purchase option with the specs that I was looking for - basically the same model as before since I was completely satisfied with my 2014 Outback. We methodically went through the process and got the deal done with a 0% promo deal (48 months). Chito was very personable and knew the vehicle line well. I would recommend him for your next vehicle purchase! More

I came in with the worst credit and somehow the Subaru team got me approved for a brand new car. With high interest of course, I made my payments on time for 2 years. Now I recently went back to trade in my forester and buy a brand new Subaru legacy. With Pedro professionalism and patients, not only did they get me approved but also apr dropped dramatically and Subaru bank financed my car. Very happy with Hudson Subaru! More

He goes straight to the point no xx unlike other agents we've encountered in the past. VERY PROFESSIONAL and EXCELLENT SERVICE. He even introduced us to the Staff in the SUBARU SERVICE Dept. And HE took time to make the 1st maintenance of our Car as well -6 mos ahead :-). Awesome experience and Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back! Mike of Finance was also very helpful and patient too, especially with dealing with our Sister :-) More
