I met John in the lot while I was looking at their inventory. I wasn't new at buying/leasing vehicles, I was spoken to with total respect, not only by John , but also with Mike, a finance manager, Gus, a front office manager who closed this transaction. It was also nice to see Pedro, the sales rep who put me in the expiring lease and Chito, whose devotion to His employer and all customers is a relationship everyone could learn from. I told My salesman John How much money I wanted to pay monthly for another 3 year lease and He presented quite a few options for me to think about. John showed me monthly payments for either buying or leasing the vehicle that I knew I was going to drive home at the end of the day. There were NO high pressure tactics used by John because We both agreed that it's not needed because every Subaru model speaks for itself; That, coupled with My age and the experience that I have learned and retained from previous interactions with other salesmen from various dealers would render any tactics useless. If a dealership is trying to push and press you to buy, chances are great they are under instructions to rid the lot of there inventory. No need to worry about that Here at HUDSON SUBARU. The sales staff know what they have here and they are selling the best rated vehicles for safety for all and a great manufactured vehicle that retains its value over the years. I have to admit that other DEALERS IN THE TRI STATE AREA that speak TO/ or AT YOU, rather than SPEAK WITH YOU. That's the HUDSON SUBARU WAY . They speak WITH You. To conclude , I am now driving my second Subaru Forester on a Three year lease for the price I felt would be in my best interests. Absolutely true facts I speak. This ownership TRULY cares for their customers and presents you with various options for you to choose from. This staff holds it's head high, they sleep a good nights sleep because I know what They know; You walked in and you will walk out knowing that YOU have made the choice to buy or lease, YOU weren't SOLD or pushed or persuaded into something that you are unhappy with. These Subaru models sell themselves and if you prepare yourself with a little research on these vehicles prior to walking in , have every question you may want to ask ready at hand, check off when answered, ask more questions that may arise from your interaction, take a test drive, buckle up and take in the car and it's instrument panel before putting it into drive, then test drive your vehicle, You will feel safe, You will enjoy the way You feel driving the vehicle you've chosen to drive. Then the decision to buy or lease is all yours. The team is there for You, there to assist you, They know that you have purchased or leased the very best vehicle made on the market today, without breaking your bank. I am a true believer of buying Quality and safety. A great warranty comes with your choice because Subaru cares for your well being , They stand without question behind there vehicles. These vehicles are built like a tank with a beautiful shape and design. I've been driving Subaru's since 1981, now in 2017, I re upped for another 3 years. You've tried others , now try to Best!! Don't ever think less of yourself, ask all questions, listen to the doors open and close, kick the tires, you are buying an All Wheel Drive vehicle that grips the road. "Professional Touch Clinches My Dream Car" Late afternoon of May 22, 2017, I walked into this dealership with a "prove me right" attitude: Subaru is the best car for my purposes. The car itself is superb and is packed with advanced electronics and safety features. The Starlink emergency assistance feature is an outstanding addition and well worth the small extra fee. This dealership exudes professionalism. Note that their online ad lease deal is for rock-bottom, no frills, stick shift models. My actual price was significantly higher, but even so felt fair given the quality of the Outback, it's safety record, low maintenance, and durable value. Coming from Brooklyn, this dealership was out of the way for me but well worth the trip. Highly recommended. More
