The car itself is superb and is packed with advanced electronics and safety features. The Starlink emergency assistance feature is an outstanding addition and well worth the small extra fee. This dealership exudes professionalism. Note that their online ad lease deal is for rock-bottom, no frills, stick shift models. My actual price was significantly higher, but even so felt fair given the quality of the Outback, it's safety record, low maintenance, and durable value. Coming from Brooklyn, this dealership was out of the way for me but well worth the trip. Highly recommended. More

WE BOUGHT A 2017 SUBARU FORESTER!! How fortunate my husband and I were to have Chito Encarnacion as our salesman at Hudson Subaru. We already had a 2012 Forester and were looking to pur How fortunate my husband and I were to have Chito Encarnacion as our salesman at Hudson Subaru. We already had a 2012 Forester and were looking to purchase a second Forester. In the five years we owned our Forester (which we loved from the first drive) a lot of new technology has become available. Being older we were very interested in "EyeSight" plus I had to have my heated seats. Chito knew right away that he had a Forester in the lot with all the features we wanted. He brought it close to the showroom door as it was 96 degrees outside (I kid you not). We jumped in the partially cooled car and he started explaining some of the features to us. We took a test drive - It was truly amazing how much had changed since our last purchase. I have never met a car salesman who knew so much about the car's features as Chito did. And, Chito expertly explained them to us. Back in the showroom we went - to discuss THE PRICE. I am a very hard person to deal with when it comes to spending large amounts of money but Chito kept his cool and let's just say I was very animated at times. My husband and I always make it a point to meet with the sales manager before finalizing purchase and Gary Bregman was very charming and humorous while being very serious about the financial part of the buying process. Finally a price was agreed on and we left a deposit. . We could have taken the car that day but I didn't have the stamina to stay any longer. Next day we arrived back at the showroom and just about everything else (insurance, registration info etc) was taken care of by Chito. He went through the checklist on his computer with us (including a 2 minute video) and once again Chito took us outside (100 degrees and I'm really not kidding) to meet our new very shiny blue Forester. Chito answered all our questions and re- explained a few things we didn't remember from the day before. He set up my bluetooth phone and that was a big deal for me. We decided to take advantage of the 0% interest rate so our next stop was the finance office where Ruddy Balbi took care of us. What an incredible finance officer he is - I have never seen a person so fast and so accurate. He shuffled the paper work as though he had six hands. We were in - we were out - my husband was driving home our new Forester and I was driving the other Forester. We love our new 2017 blue Forester and we still love our 2012 Forester.
