Purchased a Suburu Forester My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Chito + Wilmer. I will admit, I was hesitant on Suburu brand because I was not a fan of the design n My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Chito + Wilmer. I will admit, I was hesitant on Suburu brand because I was not a fan of the design nor the overall product story, however, I fully recognized it was a safe, reliable and functional vehicle. They took a lot of time explaining the car make, reliability, safety features and ultimately easing my mind on the purchase. The test drive was terrific and not rushed. We did look at other vehicles and none compared. We had the intentions of leasing but Gary did an amazing job explaining the lease vs. buy scenario truly taking the time to explain the benefits of each and what he would recommend for us. We chose to buy. Julian helped close the deal with the paperwork and made it seamless while Mike handled the financial transactions which he did with speed and efficiency. The product is truly amazing, but the consumer journey and the experience working with each individual was professional, organized and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership, brand and stand behind the people that work there. They display commitment and passion. More
