Accomodating Friendly Salesman When we decided to trade in our car, we knew we weren't going to another dealership but Hudson Subaru. We had a very pleasant experience with Jeremy Sharp when we first bought our Subaru Outback .Our daughter and son in law wanted to go to Honda Dealership but we encouraged them to go to Subaru since we had a good experience with them. When we called , we were referred to Chito Encarnacion. He's a very accommodating and knowledgeable salesperson who patiently helped our daughter and son in law with their first trade in and car purchase . He made them happy and satisfied with their new car. After a few days, we came back and trade in our Subaru Forester. He took his time to help us and ended up getting a great deal getting a new Forester. He took time to show us features of the car, help us set the blue tooth etc. even though it was past his working hours and had to close the place himself.He told us that he would help us the next day for anything that wasn't done as it was late. He's a guy who doesn't give false promises and even called us to remind us to come so he can continue setting up the satellite radio and answer any questions/concerns we might have.
