We are extremely happy with our new forester and the entire car buying experience at Hudson Subaru. The Customer Service at Hudson Subaru was excellent. More important, we were treated with respect and we were offered many options. I visited around 10 car dealers prior to making my decision. At other car dealers in Jersey City and Route 22, salesmen did not want to show us any car unless we would tell them how much we were willing to pay. If we would offer a low number they would show us junk. Used cars with almost 100,000 miles. At Hudson Subaru we were given options. I ended up buying a Subaru Impreza 2009 and I was able to make my decision pretty quickly since the process was made very easy for us. No game with the selling price!!!! At one particular dealer in Jersey City we saw a car listed on the internet for $3,000 thousand dollars less than the price they had the car listed on the window. The salesman was pushing the car to us for a full price. When I confronted the salesman and manager about the internet price their answer was: Oh, you did your homework! We did not have that problem at Hudson Subaru. I highly recommend to everyone to save your self some time and aggravation and skip all the other dealers. Go to Hudson Subaru and ask for Christina. I am sure you will be delighted. Subaru is rated very well and for those of you who worry about the snow, Subaru is all wheel drive. More

And, like all relationships and important decisions, it requires trust. My visit to Hudson Auto Group was a first rate experience because of the trust Chito Encarcion established with my wife and me. (He did want to sell us a 1934 Pontiac but I insisted on a 2011 Subaru. Just kidding. It was a 1942 Chevrolet). Chito has a wonderful way of putting you at ease. He knows what he is talking about. He cares. He has called me three times since the purchase to make sure everything was OK .He offers to come to your home twice a week to wash the car. Chito is knowledgable and confident - but not pushy or demanding. Many folks I know have sung praises about Subaru.This is my first - and now I understand why they love their Subaru. I was dealing with 4 other dealers on-line but Hudson Subaru/Jeremy is the only one who gave me bottom price with detail information. My husband and I went into the dealer on Friday night (02/04/2011) and bought new 2011 Subaru Outback within in an hour. When I left Hudson Subaru I felt like part of the their family. Everyone treated me great. I did a lot of research on the Forester and they gave me a great deal.
