The sales staff was able to meet our needs ,for selection and price. My late 90's jeep that took my family from beach to mountain top. Sadly it is now gone,and I needed something to replace it with. Simon was aware we wear shoping and test driving many cars and trucks in the area,with this in mind he took our info,set us off for a test drive and explained our options with different models. Never pressured us for the sale, gave us time to come back look and ask more questions. Gave us a price,we bargained with Simon and Jose ( the sales manager )and drove our 2012 forester home .Very happy We stopped in,got it home loaded some gear, hit the road dose everything we need it to do with great MPG thanks Simon and Jose. I bought a used 2004 subaru legacy at a reasonable price and they did promise to fix some of the things we pointed out to them and they also promised to provide a second pair of keys.
