My beloved Crosstrek’s lease was up so we decided to see what was available for a new Subaru. We didn’t have an appointment and just walked in. The front desk was very attentive and told us the wait time wo what was available for a new Subaru. We didn’t have an appointment and just walked in. We explained all the wants and needs to Chito and immediately began telling us our options. What I appreciated from him was the honesty and willingness to help. His patience is unbelievable because we test drove 3 cars and asked so many questions. He never made us feel pressured to decide on things and gave us time to make a final decision on our next car.
