My new car ended up with a terrible issue. I was fortunately close to the dealership and drove right there instead of home. I was assisted right away even though I had no appointment and they weren't prepared for me. They even offered to drive me home so I didn't have to wait while they investigated the issue. The dealership ended up having my car for probably 6 weeks as they worked through it all. I had a loaner vehicle that was great. And a HUGE special thank you to Dale who worked with me personally from start to finish. He was an excellent communicator, provided education when I needed it, made everything a smooth process with my warranty, took great care of my case, and never made me feel that he was rushed or too busy for me as many times as I was at his desk or on his phone during this process. My husband and I will be delighted to bring my car to him for all scheduled maintenance and anything else our vehicles need in the future. So thankful for someone we can trust and who makes sure that we receive excellence in the care for our vehicles. Thank you! More

I wanted to express my concerns regarding my recent service appointment at your dealership, as it did not meet the standard of service I have come to expect from Nissan. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I arrived early at 9:00 AM. However, I did not receive any updates on the inspection until 12:52 PM via text. I attempted to decline two recommended services but encountered issues with the system and was unable to proceed to the third item. After refreshing and retrying, I responded to the message, requesting only an oil change. Unfortunately, I did not receive a timely response and had to call the dealership to check on the status of my vehicle. While the person who assisted me confirmed that my vehicle was ready, there was no communication about the Lyft service until I asked. Upon arriving at the dealership, my vehicle was not in the waiting area, and a porter had to retrieve it. Additionally, when I received my bill, it included an additional service that I had declined. I showed the advisor a screenshot of my text declining the service, and he proceeded to contact the original service provider for clarification. While waiting, a supervisor asked about the situation, and I explained the issue. She kindly offered to discount the additional service, but I declined and requested it be removed, as I had limited time to pick up my child. They ultimately waived the charge and corrected the bill. Lastly, I would like to mention that the Lyft vehicle sent to me was in poor condition, with cobwebs, animal hair, and an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall experience. This is not reflective of the high level of service I am used to at this location. I hope these concerns can be addressed to prevent future issues and ensure a smoother experience for other customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
