My paperwork stated Dodge when it was a Chevy. Okay, no problem. They asked if I wanted my car washed, I said sure. When I went out to my car it wasn't washed and the service tag was still in ther Okay, no problem. They asked if I wanted my car washed, I said sure. I was chalking it up as a bad morning for service. When I was told I would be given a call back after talking to the parts people about an issue with my car. I said that's fine. I never got a call. How is that good service? I will say the actual service reps Samantha and I believe Ashley on Saturday were great, but the sequence of what occurred for my first trip there makes me cautious. I was thinking of buying my next car there. It does give me pause. I'm not trying to dime anyone out. My wife takes her car there and has never had an issue, until her radio issue recently that's still a problem. She's why I decided to go. I'm sure it was an anomaly, but it just happened to me. I wish everyone success and hope things are well. More

My new car ended up with a terrible issue. I was fortunately close to the dealership and drove right there instead of home. I was assisted right away even though I had no appointment and they I was fortunately close to the dealership and drove right there instead of home. I was assisted right away even though I had no appointment and they weren't prepared for me. They even offered to drive me home so I didn't have to wait while they investigated the issue. The dealership ended up having my car for probably 6 weeks as they worked through it all. I had a loaner vehicle that was great. And a HUGE special thank you to Dale who worked with me personally from start to finish. He was an excellent communicator, provided education when I needed it, made everything a smooth process with my warranty, took great care of my case, and never made me feel that he was rushed or too busy for me as many times as I was at his desk or on his phone during this process. My husband and I will be delighted to bring my car to him for all scheduled maintenance and anything else our vehicles need in the future. So thankful for someone we can trust and who makes sure that we receive excellence in the care for our vehicles. Thank you! More
