I’m seriously frustrated with this dealership. The service rep was rude, didn’t greet me, and I had to walk inside for help. I had an oil change completed and a week after I had lot of oil leaking from my vehicle. Oil was not registering on the lipstick. I had to buy and add oil. Oil was spewing out of the oil filter. I had to ti of oil leaking from my vehicle. Oil was not registering on the lipstick. I had to buy and add oil. Oil was spewing out of the oil filter. I had to tighten the oil filter to get it to stop leaking. Technician said it was not because the filter was loose but because gasket was pinched. Still trying to figure that one out. They did another oil change. Still have substantial oil stains in my driveway and in the road. They almost cost me an engine. More
1st- on the phone, we kept getting transferred to 3 different depts! If that wasn’t frustrating enough, when they told us our vehicle was done, and the keys were in the car in the parking lot, we went different depts!
