The reason I had to return to your dealership is because on my first visit to get a simple oil change the drain was not tightened and fell off while driving. Luckily I did not drive far when the oil warning on my first visit to get a simple oil change the drain was not tightened and fell off while driving. Luckily I did not drive far when the oil warning light came on. The oil was drained from the engine and could have caused serious problems. I contacted AAA to tow the car back to your dealer. I have been a customers for 7 years I have never come across service advisor that will screw me over because of his selfish interest. Kevin Reid watched out for him! Offered me Lift to take me home and back to the location. He told me I only have to pay $165.00. Trying to treat me like I am stupid!!!. $165.00 was the financing per month !!! Are you freaking serious??? Did I say I want to finance???I was livid! Very very upset!!! The service manager stepped in and resolved the issues. He understood where I was coming from Mr Reid did not follow the Nissan protocol. A text message will be sent to the customer in waiting… review the diagnostic then customer will decide the service to be rendered. KEVIN REID DID NOT DO THAT !!!! HE WANTS SOME KINDA’ COMMISSION AND SELLING SUNBIT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. GET RID OF HIM PLEASE HE WILL RUIN NISSAN REPUTATION More

We waited 2 days for information on car parts. No word from dealer, so I called and found out all parts were not received. Will not replace radiator until hoses show up maybe 3 days since I droppe No word from dealer, so I called and found out all parts were not received. Left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing as my advisor needed to check with the technician by email or text message. How big is Hudson Nissan that the advisor can’t just walk to the service area and speak in person to the technician? In the mean time I wait and wait. Supposedly on Monday my advisor CeeJ will call and let me know if radiator jades make it to Hudson Nissan in 4 days. Come on folks communicate with customers wanting to do local business! More
