I called at 11am and was told it was fine to bring in my vehicle for a same day oil change (the first one on my 2025 Rogue). At 5:40 I was told my vehicle was not ready. I stated that I did not want a car w vehicle for a same day oil change (the first one on my 2025 Rogue). At 5:40 I was told my vehicle was not ready. I stated that I did not want a car wash and was asked to wait. At 6:20 or so, I was informed my vehicle was ready. I was handed my keys and told "He ran it through the car wash for you". I was NOT impressed my vehicle was not done when I arrived, but even LESS impressed when I saw my vehicle had been "washed". I have my vehicle hand washed and it had recently been done. When it was returned to me, it was in MUCH worse shape on the outside. The steaks now on my vehicle, along with the patches of missed spots looked terrible. The trash was still in my Rogue from the employee who did the oil change and all of my seat position had been changed... not just pushed forward or backwards... which I would understand. I sit all the way back on the track of the seat (not seat leaned back) because I am 5' 10". I got home and saw NONE of the fluids had been topped off, either and I was leaving for a trip to Florida. This experience makes me wish I had NOT purchased the prepaid maintenance plan. My purchase of my Rogue was a NIGHTMARE and the service I received that day was not much better. I did bring my Rogue in when I had to have insurance work done, thanks to someone who almost crashed into me, resulting in me hitting a curb EXTREMELY hard... that repair went well. I expected a simple oil change (which I usually do in my own vehicles, along with brakes and all other upkeep... but due to the warranty, I have to have the services done FOR me... I am not happy about that, either.) All in all, I am still very unhappy with Hudson Nissan of Summerville. More
