They were the nicest people. And really exam my car all over. I would tell anyone to buy a car or truck this company. And really exam my car all over. I would tell anyone to buy a car or truck this company. More
My initial impression when I received the oil change discount coupon in the mail is it was a loss leader and that I would get pressured to. Add extra services while there. I am pleased to report no suc discount coupon in the mail is it was a loss leader and that I would get pressured to. Add extra services while there. I am pleased to report no such pressure was experienced. Instead I was met with courtesy and treated well. More

This dealership is extremely clean, comfortable and professional. I have bought cars from Hudson Nissan Charleston & N. Charleston locations and have them both serviced at Hudson Nissan Summerville. I strongly advise anyone dealing with this dealership to be cautious, as the price listed on the internet does not reflect the full costs, and the sales representative, Corry Williams, did not disclose the be cautious, as the price listed on the internet does not reflect the full costs, and the sales representative, Corry Williams, did not disclose the hidden fees upfront. Additionally, be sure to read everything carefully on paper and not trust any verbal promises, especially from the Sales Manager, Blake Hubbard, unless they are clearly documented in writing, because of the following experience: I saw a pre-owned truck at Hudson Nissan of Summerville, SC. The next day, I went to see it and met with the sales representative, Corry Williams. After test-driving the truck, I noticed the steering was pulling to the right and informed Corry, who said he would ask the maintenance team to look into the issue. During our discussion, Corry mentioned that the truck came with a lifetime powertrain warranty and Hudson Certification, which included a 12-month unlimited-mile comprehensive warranty. I told Corry that I had to leave early for a doctor’s appointment and would return later. After leaving the dealership, I emailed Corry to confirm that the truck was indeed Hudson Certified and came with the warranties as promised, to which he replied confirming everything via email. Based on this, I decided to move forward with the purchase. However, when I arrived back at the dealership, they surprised me by adding $1,387 for the Hudson Certification, and their dealer documentation fees were much higher than other dealerships. When I asked Corry why he hadn’t mentioned the certification wasn’t free, he explained that they added the amount because they had to show it to the bank. He also told me that the internet price was only valid if I financed the truck through them; otherwise, if I paid cash, the price would change. I felt misled by this and lost trust in both the sales team and the truck itself. I made an offer, but they refused, so I left the dealership. A few hours later, the sales manager, Blake Hubbard, emailed me a proposal. I immediately called him late that Saturday afternoon and told him I would take the truck if they fixed the steering pulling and shaking issue. Blake said it was late on Saturday but assured me he would have his team check the truck on Monday and call me at 3 p.m. I informed him that if everything was resolved, I would come by at 4:30 p.m. after work to pick up the truck. This was our gentleman’s agreement, and he never asked for a deposit to hold the vehicle. To my surprise, on Monday morning, Corry called to tell me they had sold the truck, but he offered to sell me another one. This confirmed to me that Blake did not honor his word and is not honest in his commitments. Additionally, Corry did not disclose all fees upfront, which made me feel taken advantage of. More
