Worst service I have ever received from a Nissan Dealership First of all,I have owned 4 Nissans starting in 1984 and am not from this area. After reading all of the great reviews, I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue First of all,I have owned 4 Nissans starting in 1984 and am not from this area. After reading all of the great reviews, I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue to have warranty work completed since it was makng a terrible noise. After sitting in their lounge for almost 4 hours with no update, finally asked the representative. He said they were not sure but looked like transmission. He said they would need to keep it for a couple days. After no updates and me calling quite a few times, no loaner vehicle although he told me that they would be "looking for one", finally received a call that Thursday at 3:30 it was the starter, and of course they did not have one. One was going to be delivered on Friday. I took the vehicle in on Monday mornng at 7:40. Then, still no word on when it would be fixed, I showed up on Friday afternoon and miraculously, it was JUST finished. Then he had the audacity to ask for the Loaner Vehicle keys.... Since they now own Charleston Nissan who by the way, tried to charge me $158 for an oil change and tire rotation although when I bought it, was guaranteed to receive "free" oil changes for first 3 years from Morris Nissan, I was told, they take $20 off only (no fine print could be found on the agreement, I looked). Hudson has a monopoly in Charleston so I am going to drive somewhere else for Nissan Service. By the way, when I picked up my vehicle from them having it for 5 full days, the car was dirty on the outside, dirt on the mats, the radio station was turned to some rap station and 17 extra miles on my vehicle. So I guess they had to take it for a long test drive to figure out what that noise was? More
2015 Versa with Satellite issues Dropped vehicle last Thursday. Was told new radio was ordered. This is second time vehicle has been in for same problem. More

Service I only buy Nissan vehicles. I only buy them from Hudson Nissan because the sales person is wonderful (Mikey) and because Tim Brock the Service Advisor I only buy Nissan vehicles. I only buy them from Hudson Nissan because the sales person is wonderful (Mikey) and because Tim Brock the Service Advisor is stellar. There is no point in buying a good car and then having poor service. Hudson's is outstanding. They care; don't keep you waiting; are scrupulously honest and keep you and your vehicles on track for maximum performance. I would like to suggest improvments but I can't think of any! More
Service problems When I bought my Nissan armada, I received amazing service from the sales department. I thought the service department would be ok too. The service writers that meet are very nice and willing to help, but other than that I am very irritated with the service department. I had to get the passenger front window fixed within a month of receiving the car, not an issue, but it is doing the exact same thing now. During the 2nd oil change I was told I needed a service that should have been done prior to receiving the car and told the I need parts that were not even checked. I do not appreciate feeling like I was lied to. Then after doing the survey I got contacted by several people trying to make it right again. Except now that I am trying to come back and get the stuff fixed, I can't get people to call me back. This includes the service manager. I am very irritated that I have had to try for now 5 days to get an appointment. I understand people get busy, and that issues arise but this is just getting ridiculous. I just want my car fixed. More
