Brought my 2011 Titan in for an oil change; battery check and repairs to the integral toolbox. A bit miffed to learn I’d get no help with the toolbox from a Nissan dealer. Apparently NOT full service! and repairs to the integral toolbox. A bit miffed to learn I’d get no help with the toolbox from a Nissan dealer. Apparently NOT full service! Battery was found to be defective and authorized its replacement. Several fluids reported as needing replacement. Authorized transmission fluid exchange. Overall SLOW progress as I remained with the vehicle for over FOUR HOURS! Over $760 and half the day was invested in what should have been simple maintenance work. But the truck was not running as well after the maintenance work as it was when I brought it in. Adding insult to injury. The transmission is shifting more roughly; the engine idles roughly with noticeable vibrations not present before Nissan technicians worked their magic! Add a rumbling noise (seems transmission-related) when accelerating from a stop to the mix and you’ve got a dissatisfied customer! More
I found the Service Advisor who checked me in to be rude and disinterested in anything remotely resembling quality customer service. I had an appointment at 1000am, arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, and was and disinterested in anything remotely resembling quality customer service. I had an appointment at 1000am, arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, and was informed that my oil change and tire rotation would take 1 & 1/2 hours to 2 hours. The. Service Advisor became irritable to the point of being hostile by me having the audacity to ask her why it would take so long, considering I had an appointment. I've had my car serviced at this Hudson Nissan since 2016, but I will be looking for a new shop going forward. More

I waited because I live out of town and the waiting area was comfortable and inviting. Brought work, waiting area had charging and internet access! Drinks (soda, water, and coffee, with good creamer) were available and complimentary. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. Last, but definitely not least, the staff was amazing from check-in with Miranda to check out. Miranda was very personable and friendly. Gave great recommendation on food in the area. I love my used car and highly recommend Hunter, my salesman! He kept in constant contact and is very knowledge and accommodating. Michael, finance man, was great and worked to get my payments where I needed them and was easy to work with. They took care of all issues, as promised, and checked to make sure I was satisfied - truly a great dealership with a great staff! More
