Hudson Nissan of North Charleston

On the 4th of July 2024 my wife and I were in St. Stephens,SC and I put all the windows down. About an hour later we returned to my truck and the windows wouldn't go up. So we drove back home down Hw Stephens,SC and I put all the windows down. About an hour later we returned to my truck and the windows wouldn't go up. So we drove back home down Hwy 52. My wife wondered out loud if the dealership might be open. We were quite surprised to have the receptionist at Hudson Nissan in N. Charleston answer. She connected us to service where Patrick M. Answered. He set us up an appointment that afternoon, and I brought my truck in. Within and hour a mechanic had diagnosed the problem. Well the parts didn't arrive as hoped, but when they did they didn't fix the problem. So the next part was ordered (this happened for quite a while . The final part that it could be was ordered and this part seemed to take forever (not the fault of the dealership). Patrick was great! At the minimum he called and texted me to ensure that I knew the status. At the two week point I asked if there was anyway that the dealership could provide me a loaner. They said yes and gave me Rouge you use. I had the loaner far longer than any of us expected (no one expected the delays in getting the parts). The thing that I most liked about all of this experience was was how hard the service department worked. I cannot that Mr. Patrick Martens my Service Advisor for going well above and beyond what was expected of him. I offer my gratitude for the fortitude to complete this lengthy job by the entire service department. Thank You! Patrick Davis More

Waited 2hr 45min for oil change. Arrived early at 10:30am and was told I can get in early. Didn’t get my keys back until 1:20pm. I’m saying this because the last time I had a oil change and tire rotation they sent me a video of what was going on what they say but this time they didn’t so this is why I’m saying this, if they did rotat and tire rotation they sent me a video of what was going on what they say but this time they didn’t so this is why I’m saying this, if they did rotated my tires and maybe they don't check tire pressure they didn’t put air in them especially the front 2 and my rotors has some rust and probably need to be resurface I don’t know cause they didn’t send me a video nor did they say they found anything but it’s OK. I know how to put air in my own tires and maybe I should’ve asked him to check, but I didn’t think I had to. Thanks anyway More
