I came to simply look at the inventory and I was pleasantly surprised with my overall visit. I recently experienced a total loss and was in need of a replacement vehicle. I spoke with Josh via IM chat last Friday and ultimately came in to see him that afternoon. He had the perfect car that fit into the budget I was working with. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Although my actual salesman is on vacation, he had his teammate--Andre--to help me with some additional questions I had. I've also been in contact with the sales manager Terry a few times. He's worked very hard to meet the demands of my fiancial backer and his efforts are grately appreciated!I've never dealt with a dealership who has no qualms about going the extra mile. I gave this dealership all 5's because they have great customer service. I worked with Mr.Harry Johnson. He was a great dealer to me because i agreed to put a certain amount down on the car, but the banks customer service. I worked with Mr.Harry Johnson.
