It came with a defective lift gate switch that I found on my pre-purchase inspection. I thought that that was something the dealership should have picked up. Sales personnel were very accommodating. We intended to purchase outright but found Nissan financing more advantageous. Intelligent cruise control is an excellent feature. I am baffled why Nissan didn't apply the same technology to the backup cross traffic warning. Nissan is also a bit skimpy on audible alarms as for blindspot warning and lane drift. We compared the Murano with the Infiniti QX70 and thought the Murano a better vehicle all around. More
