Came in with a list of problems wrong with my car. They did SEVERAL diagnostics on my veh and charged me for everyone of them @ $159.95 x3. I have silver rock insurance that covered one problem. I adv They did SEVERAL diagnostics on my veh and charged me for everyone of them @ $159.95 x3. I have silver rock insurance that covered one problem. I advised them to fix that since it was covered. Which should of been $100. My husband went to pick up my veh and they charged him $600 for my veh. They charged $159.95 for each diagnostic x3 and $50.00 for using their tools.When I called and talked to Matt Marcus- he adv they have to charge the $50.00 for using their tools and what not to fix my car. Things that SilverRock doesn't cover. He adv that he took off one of the diagnostic fees which is still showing on the receipt and our bank statement.They have fixed my veh before in the past and told me that when they do the diagnostic if my veh had issues I would not be charged. And if it didn't have issues then I would have to pay the diagnostic fee. And the last time I had it there they advised it was a machine that can tell you everything at one time and one charge. I have NEVER been charged for every diagnostic issue. I'm thinking cause SilverRock covered the cv axle, they were determined to get money somehow to cover what they didn't get to fix it!!!! That is horrible service!!! I called and talked to Matt and that didn't go far and I asked to speak to the manager, still haven't heard anything back from him!!! And I had a hard time getting Matt to respond to me on the number he said to txt or call him on. Horrible service!! More
