I felt like we were his only customer and I've never had better service at any car dealer in my life ( and I'm 62 years old!!!) More

New Name, Same Terrible Service Miserable. The worst experience I've ever had with a dealership in my life. I first visited this dealership when they were "Morris Nissan." Since t Miserable. The worst experience I've ever had with a dealership in my life. I first visited this dealership when they were "Morris Nissan." Since they are only 10 minutes from my house I was looking forward to a long and convenient relationship with these folks. Unfortunately they aren't interested in anything more than basic price gouging and fabricating issues with my vehicle in an attempt to run my service bills up. After taking my business to Hudson Nissan for the past two years I heard that Hudson had recently purchased Morris and renamed it "Charleston Nissan." I thought to myself, "this is great, new owners, maybe they shook up the service department and cleaned house." In an attempt to give this dealership another chance I decided to bring my car in for some work. I had three specific issues with my vehicle that I needed them to fix. These three issues had been identified by the service team at Hudson Nissan in a visit a week prior to bringing my car into Charleston Nissan. I already had prices for parts and labor and was generally trying to toss them a softball in terms of giving them an easy visit and maybe proving themselves worthy of my business. No such luck, I heard back from them about 6 hours after dropping my car off. I was informed my car had a slew of issues and that the total bill would be several thousand dollars. I went through the "issues" line by line with the folks and eventually found out that several of theses issues were exaggerated and that one was entirely fabricated. Upon telling them that I wasn't interested in their services they then attempted to charge me $130 for simply looking at my car and driving it around the block. After fighting with them they eventually waived the fee and allowed me to take my car to literally anywhere else. Long story short, take your Nissan to Hudson Nissan, they have their issues too but at least they aren't engaging in criminal activity. These folks are lucky they haven't been sued into oblivion, although, it wouldn't surprise me if that were the case and an underlying factor of Hudson's recent acquisition of them. I have gotten in touch with Nissan Corporate and hopefully they'll be able to coerce these people into performing their jobs in a respectable manner, although I doubt it. Stay away from this place. *In all fairness the gentlemen I dealt with in the service department was friendly and accommodating enough, I just don't trust their mechanics or anyone else working there.
