Scheduled maintenance I have been dealing with Charleston Nissan (and Morris Nissan) for almost twenty years. That statement should be evidence enough that they have "earne I have been dealing with Charleston Nissan (and Morris Nissan) for almost twenty years. That statement should be evidence enough that they have "earned my business". I feel both dealerships always put the customer first and I have never had any issue with either in regards to sales, service, or warranties. Danny Brennan is "my" guy in the service department and I couldn't be more satisfied with his commitment to customer service. He always gets me in and out quickly. If I need something else that was discovered during the original job, he explains both the need and the urgency, WITHOUT being pushy. I give Charleston Nissan a big "Thumbs Up" and everyone there is customer focused! More

Quick fix! My 2013 Nissan Rogue had a large dent in the front bumper from running over a tree stump (completely my fault). I went to the Nissan body shop on a Sa My 2013 Nissan Rogue had a large dent in the front bumper from running over a tree stump (completely my fault). I went to the Nissan body shop on a Saturday hoping to get it fixed but unfortunately they were closed. I walked into the service department and got way more than I could have even hoped for! John Mount was the service professional I spoke with and completely made my day. He told me he could give me a quick estimate and came to look at my car. He said a new bumper would be about $1,800, or he could try to pop the dent out quickly and see if that could help at all even though the paint would still be scratched. I decided on the later. He took my car back for about 5 minutes and all but completely fixed my bumper! He popped out the dent so quickly, there's just a few scratches on the paint from the tree stump but the overall appearance looks great! John Mount went above and beyond his job description to fix my car! I would highly recommend him and the entire department for any of your vehicle needs! More

What good does an appt. make? I was getting ready to purchase a new vehicle from you, but will not even consider it now do to your service dept. This will be reported to BBB along w/Angie's list, and I will also write a letter or email to Nissan directly to voice my concerns. People make appointments to structure their busy schedules, and expect to have their service completed in a reasonable amount of time. Maybe you need to visit the Toyota dealer down the road to see how they honor their appointments in a more professional & timely manner. Word of mouth works quite well in dealing w/retail service, good luck! More
