Exceeded expectations I was in Charleston from out of town. The chrome strip on the bottom of the driver's door got pulled off and was hanging. I only had one day to have i I was in Charleston from out of town. The chrome strip on the bottom of the driver's door got pulled off and was hanging. I only had one day to have it repaired before having to leave Charleston. When I called, they checked and found they had the part in and told me to bring it on. I could tell they were swamped, but Danny signed me in and got it going. I left with friends and told him I could pick it up as late as they needed to keep it. They got it done, texted me, and I was on my way in no time. Needless to say, I am extremely grateful they were so gracious and helped me in a situation like that. More

My Experience at Charleston Nissan Although I didn't have an appointment, I was still able to get my oil changed and vehicle checked, within a reasonable time. Seth is a man of is word, he said "he would have me out in a reasonable time" and he did just that. More
First service after purchase Becca was very friendly and knowledgeable. The oil change was done quickly, however I've had to ask 3 times for the time to be cleaned. The day I purchased the car there was residue from stickers left on the rims. At this visit the sticker residue was gone but all 4 rims are now scratched. I'm highly disappointed that I have to drive a brand new car around work scratched up rims due to lack of care in the detailing department. I was told before I left that someone would call me back to set up an appointment to have the rims polished...but have heard nothing back. At this point I very disappointed. More

Past issues with dealer &/or service department now redeemed Had a couple issues with service department and salesman initially and within first 2 months, car is only 2.5 months old anyway. The issues in the past were redeemed by BECCA BAMMAN in service. Despite my emotional state and being the owner of a very expensive and high-tech car, she was extremely kind, patient, explained things and MORE than made up for any past issues. She was absolutely awesome and I will never forget her kindness and understanding that day. I am extremely grateful she took care of my issue because I was at my wits end. I express my deepest gratitude to BECCA for doing such an outstanding job of providing REAL customer service. Hopefully moving forward, things will continue on this positive path, but she totally redeemed this service department! Girl deserves a raise! More
