I can't say enough good things about the Service Department at Hudson Nissan and Kenny Medert is a huge component to making it what it is. He took a personal interest in the problems I had with my Department at Hudson Nissan and Kenny Medert is a huge component to making it what it is. He took a personal interest in the problems I had with my vehicle. He provided status of the repair as it progressed including an estimate of time of completion. I appreciate the complimentary car wash coupon I received as well as the email with the video showing my car after it was repaired. I'm a customer of this dealership for life! More
Unless you want to pay large some of money and your vehicle still doesn’t work, I suggest going here. I spent over $1000 just for a “backyard” mechanic to find and fix the problem with my car. I took my truck to Hudson Nissan because it needed a TPI replaced. I thought that the price that they quoted me was reasonable so I left the truck there to be repaired. The service writer called me later an replaced. I thought that the price that they quoted me was reasonable so I left the truck there to be repaired. The service writer called me later and quoted me a price of 420 to replace the TPI. I asked why they couldn't repair it for the quoted price and he explained that was just for the diagnosis. So I paid 150 for them to tell me what I already knew. I guess that's a small price to pay to learn to never go back to Hudson Nissan. If I want to give money away I'd rather give it to someone in need, not a greedy millionaire. More
Customer Service is AWFUL - brought my 2010 Nissan Rogue into the shop and was told it would cost $140 for a diagnostic test on the airbag light - appointment was at 900 am - later received a call back at into the shop and was told it would cost $140 for a diagnostic test on the airbag light - appointment was at 900 am - later received a call back at around 1:00 pm (4 hour diagnostic time- lol) and was told it would cost between $2000-3000 to replace the front passenger airbag sensor - WTH - the car is valued at $3500 and they wanted $3000 to replace a sensor?? Was told the entire bottom of the seat would have to be replaced - this was in direct contradiction to another price I had received of around $350 to do the same work - just wanted to pay my diagnostic cost which by the way is a total ripoff and it miraculously went from $140 to $156 and increase of $16 - its not but $16 bucks but when I asked why the increase - I was told shop supplies - really????? Shop supplies for a diagnostic test??? When I told “Josh” that I was quilted $140 - he said there was nothing he could do and refused to refund me the $16 bucks!!! If Hudson Nissan needs that $16 that bad - keep it - I will NOT BUY ANOTHER NISSAN NOR WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS - this had to be the worse customer service experience of my life!! STAY AWAY -they will nickel and dime you to death which is laughable ——- Jeff More

A man asked what was i there for and i told him and he explained that i had to pull my car to the service doors and wait in the line😡 so now i pull up to service doors 2 cars in front of me. 1 on the right n im behind 1. Get in and set up service. Was told should be done by 830 or with i want the wash 930ish. Just aint been wanting to wait so just asked to get it done quick 830 it is. My car been left the bay and over all friendly service but as i sat and waited a little after 8 i see a car that looks like mines lonely in the parking lot. But paid no mind cause ive been here before and im use to the adviser sending you texts bout whats going on.and i didnt get any. So now its 845 same car sitting there i go check it cause i also see people after me getting feed back personally and getting out the door quick. So i checked n it was my car. So with nothing i just figured the adviser was busy and my text was late coming. But hey my car should be ready its pass the time he gave me so let me pay and go home. Been at work since sunday night at 7pm and got of 7am monday. Wait to speak to him and xxxxx wow he is like oh let me check cause im like my car is right there is it ready? Comes back blah blah oh well didnt know but ur car is next there was 4 cars ahead of you👊😤 but ur car is next. Sigh....now its 850 and im still sitting here waiting and im watching cars come out of bay area and go inside.but still no one grabs my car. At 930 i see my car moved and taken. So lets see here been here since 730 and its 945 now and my car was not touched untill. 930. Now with that said i came here to get all my service done by here based on pass experience from Danny who was very knowledgeable and friendly and honest bout what is or what not. To where i felt based on my experience with him it was excellent and on time as well as information was provided threw out my wait. As for today nothing of the sort😢. And oh yeah after i thought my car was ready a text came in at 847 wow. I know next time appointments are not really made. Its a pull up to the door and wait type thing lol and i will next time just stick to who i know i know and thats Danny all day. Even as im still waiting i see him walking round giving feedback. Never seen the one who checked my car in once since i been in waiting area since 730 smh. Wow 930-955 they done.but i want car washed but my car passenger side looks like they speed threw a mud paddle😡730-10 thanks More

I had no choice but to put the spare on in the middle of nowhere. The next day I panicked, not wanting to drive back to Columbia on a small spare tire, I called Hudson Nissan in Charleston. Taking advantage of my warranty, provided when I purchase my Yokohoma Tires at Nissan, Kevin Clark at Hudson Nissan of Charleston was able to take information from a photo of my tire and vin number, verify my warranty, order a new tire and offer super great service to help me out in a desperate situation.
