Salesman Brad Braun spent about a month doing his best to meet my very specific request. A statement he made spoke to me with more than the statement's intended message. He said, “you went from giving me a fake name to buying a new truck from me." It's absolutely true, I never give my real name to any salesman until I'm sure this person is going to provide my needs. That to me told me just how much I trusted him over the time frame. It's important to feel that you're part of a family when you're making a big decision and that's how Brad and the team made me feel. I don't know that I'll need a new car ever again, but if I do you can be sure I'll be back to see you guys! Thanks so much! More

The issues in the past were redeemed by BECCA BAMMAN in service. Despite my emotional state and being the owner of a very expensive and high-tech car, she was extremely kind, patient, explained things and MORE than made up for any past issues. She was absolutely awesome and I will never forget her kindness and understanding that day. I am extremely grateful she took care of my issue because I was at my wits end. I express my deepest gratitude to BECCA for doing such an outstanding job of providing REAL customer service. Hopefully moving forward, things will continue on this positive path, but she totally redeemed this service department! Girl deserves a raise! More

Scheduled maintenance I have been dealing with Charleston Nissan (and Morris Nissan) for almost twenty years. That statement should be evidence enough that they have "earne I have been dealing with Charleston Nissan (and Morris Nissan) for almost twenty years. I feel both dealerships always put the customer first and I have never had any issue with either in regards to sales, service, or warranties. Danny Brennan is "my" guy in the service department and I couldn't be more satisfied with his commitment to customer service. He always gets me in and out quickly. If I need something else that was discovered during the original job, he explains both the need and the urgency, WITHOUT being pushy.
