Best Customer service! Mike Scarpaci was a gracious salesman! He worked with General Sales Manager, Terry Breedlove. Between the two of them I got one of the sweetest deals for my vehicle! I am a happy new car buyer and I would by from them again. Mike took buying a vehicle to a higher level by introducing me to the facility for car owners, introduced me to the Service area staff members and Sales Department! It was a Nissan Team/ Family feeling that I drove away from and I look forward to my first oil change to see them all again! More

No service after the sale So far we have had little to no service after the sale. They are unwilling and unsuccessful in repairing our car which is only 3 years old. We did buy an extended warranty which apparently is of no value. They treat you as if you are ignorant and do not actually listen to you. The service manager is in an imaginary meeting that he has been in for over 3 days according to our experience. We loved the car and it still runs good, except for the obvious unresolved issues we are having; but we will never buy another Nissan due to the way we are treated when we do need service. We never imagined that a brand new car would have so many things fail on it so quickly. Not too bad if they would actually take responsibility and fix those things. But, once again, no resolution. Next time we will by a Hyundai; I know many who own those cars and find good service after the sale. More

Great Oil Change Service When I arrived, the check in was quick and easy. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very Dissatisfied Went in to replace an alternator, just to find the valve cover gasket was leaking again. Something that I just had repaired back in February. Service Went in to replace an alternator, just to find the valve cover gasket was leaking again. Something that I just had repaired back in February. Service department tried to tell me that my alternator not functioning properly had nothing to do with valve cover gasket leaking onto it. The alternator is just below it, how can it not. Then tells me it'll be $937 to replace my alternator. They claimed they fixed the valve cover gasket, yet didn't clean up afterwards!😣😣 More

Sales and service I bought my first Nissan on May 2 2017 from Charleston Nissan. My sales lady was Melanie.She was so great and gave me an Excellent service for my firs I bought my first Nissan on May 2 2017 from Charleston Nissan. My sales lady was Melanie.She was so great and gave me an Excellent service for my first time in a very long time buying my Rogue. Which I love it ! Now getting to the Service Department- I had to get my first oil change and I went in there on Wednesday July 19 around 2:30 my friend also has a Nissan and she also needed her oil change so we went together. Danny was my service advisor who was very nice and professional. The problem came when my friends car was being washed and when I went to check (she didn't feel comfortable go to the back so that is why I did it for her) and The guy was sitting in the car and was on His Phone !! Really I said something like come on dude which he started washing the car and said I can hurry but I won't do your tires in which I said you wash it all along with the tires. I went back to check on it and he said he was done so when I got into the car the seat was all the way back ok easy fix, but as I was pulling out he stop me cause (guess what) he ask me if he left his Phone in the car !! I said are you kidding me in which he said never mine I have it. Not so happy with that experience, but I really want Nissan to know what is going on. I also know that they are sub contractors but you might want to check out what really is going on . Thank you More
