On July 21 2025 I towed my disable 2005 Murano to Nissan of 440. I have had a good relation for over 5 years with Nissan. Spending well over $8,000 on a car that I love, to keep it well maintained by dealer of 440. I have had a good relation for over 5 years with Nissan. Spending well over $8,000 on a car that I love, to keep it well maintained by dealer. telling the advisor Joshua that the key wont turn, and that it has to be more computer related than mechanical, and that the only dash lights that are on, are those related to anti theft stuff. two days later the master tech and Joshua, THE experts tell me it is a seized engine and recommend a new engine replacement. which is insulting for a man that has kept a 20 year old car, in well maintained working condition. expressing my confusion and disbelief to the tech and advisor that i don't think it is a seized engine. there is fresh oil in the engine and i don't drive it like a Nascar. i asked on many occasion did u scan it, but they did not, because they did not bother to work and properly diagnose the problem, which was anti theft issue all along. NOT a seized engine, which was written on my invoice of $319. So disrespectful and insulting and belittling when i am telling you where the problem area is but don't want to listen and understand. I am just another cash register to take money from. on to the next sucker. never again Nissan 440. need less to say i towed the car back to my house, and found a kind honest mechanic that did a house call and properly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, for well under $319. never again Nissan 440.
