Went to the dealer for Spring Maintenance. Also, has my brakes done. I thought the prices were very competitive, and the service department was eager to be of assistance. I have bought 3 or 4 cars from thi brakes done. I thought the prices were very competitive, and the service department was eager to be of assistance. In the fall when I am able to get through the summer (as a teacher-we dont get paid in the summer), I will most defintely go back for a new car. My current vehicle, at 90,000 runs like a new car. They made a big mistake hiring that guy, and although I heard stories around about him, I wasnt convinced until I became a victim. His nasty comments and rude undertones allows for him to destroy 8 year relationships in a matter of 5 minutes. Good luck Hudson Hyundai you will need it. I have never been so insulted in my entire life and even called the 800 number to tell them the things he said to me. They were outraged, once they take your money, the brown nosing is over. More
The maintenance service is the worst ever. I had squeaky brakes and went to get a brake inspection. They wanted to charge me $700 to fix my front brakes. I thought it was a bit high and wanted to get a seco brakes and went to get a brake inspection. They wanted to charge me $700 to fix my front brakes. I thought it was a bit high and wanted to get a second opinion. The service rep was trying to scare me with the possibility of getting into accident. I said I'm not spending $700 without doing a little research. He returned my key and charged me $120 for a brake inspection. Let me repeat $120 for a BRAKE INSPECTION. It was a complete rip off. I'm never returning to this service station ever again. More
i took my car in for a oil change. waiting entire day and still no call. they then tell me that i wasnt a priority, and they still had not done anything on my car after 7 hours. i later picked up my car to f still no call. they then tell me that i wasnt a priority, and they still had not done anything on my car after 7 hours. i later picked up my car to find that while they had it who ever drove my car hit something and scratched my front bumper and paint had even come off. next day took my car back they offered to fix it, but would do rest of bumper for 50% off. took back following week. dropped off first thing in morning said would call asap with quote on rest of bumper. 6 hours later i had to call them, still not seen my car. also was promised to have car back second day by noon, called 8.30am and was still told wouldnt be a problem, then i call at 12 noon and told that i wouldnt get it till 5pm or later. dont go to this place they lie dont return calls, hit your car and try to cover it More

2011 Sonata purchased on December 18th, 2010. It took 10 hours to buy this car. After 3 weeks my trade-in is not paid off and now i'm responsible for the payments for my previous car even though it's in the hours to buy this car. I contacted them many times and every time i call, i'm beeing forwarded to voicemai that is full of messages and not accepting any new ones. I also contacted Hyundai headquarters, but all they did was to put me on the phone with dealership and all i heard was same old stories, that they send check on december 22nd, but they were unable provide me with check number and tracking number. Today is January 6th, and and i was told that another check was send yesterday, Jan. 5th. I wonder why they sent another check. Maybe because first one never existed. My lawyer contacted dealership today and now they won't tell me anything at all. I have to go to court for that. Save yourself a lot's of headache and look for another dealer. More
