I would like to start off by saying I have purchased several vehicles for personal and business use. Before deciding to go to Hudson Hyundai I had been to the Rte 23 Auto Mall and Paramus Hyundai a several vehicles for personal and business use. Before deciding to go to Hudson Hyundai I had been to the Rte 23 Auto Mall and Paramus Hyundai and was extremely disappointed in the sales staff at both dealerships. They were arrogant, impersonal and extremely sarcastic. My experience at Hudson Hyundai was the best experience I have ever had in making a car purchase. My salesman was Steve Jones. He is unlike any car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was not at all pushy, was focused on what I wanted and what I expected. I looked at several types of vehicles and he answered all of my questions about every vehicle in great detail. I can say in all honesty that he is by far the most courteous, professional, and personable salesman I have ever met. I am very pleased with my entire purchase experience and the follow up phone calls I have received from Steve. He has called several times to be sure I am getting used to the various features of my new vehicle and also has made it a point to remind me I am welcome to come in if I have any questions about anything in the future. Less than 2 weeks after the purchase of my own vehicle I brought a family member in and they purchased a new vehicle as well. Shortly after the New Year I will be bringing in a close friend to have a look at Hyundai vehicles with Steve Jones. In closing, and at the risk of repeating myself.
