worst experience i ever had in a dealership I went to this place for an oil change and to a check out for any problem's .. So I decide to leave my car. By 5.30 no body call me so I went to the dealership on my way I call Hudson honda.. And the guy wants me to leave my car until next day..for a check out but he said the oil change was done ... I said no I need my car and I was on my way..I arrived at Hudson Honda at 530pm my car was parked at the same spot I left it.. No work was done to my car .. This guy lie to me .. They had my car o 5 hours and no work was done to my vehicle....so unprofessional.. They waste my time.. People don't waste your time for service in Hudson Honda ..they don't deserve any starts.. They should be out of business More

Dealer refuse to repair under warranty Last week I've brought my 2014 Honda Accord with under warranty mileage to check and repair for "front passenger door mirror and window not operable". Last week I've brought my 2014 Honda Accord with under warranty mileage to check and repair for "front passenger door mirror and window not operable". After 5 hours in service I've got a phone call from service adviser refusing even to look in to my car problem based on mechanic bogus claim that since my front bumper was touch up painted, this car and my problems are no longer under warranty. I have been adviced that If I would like mechanic to proceed with the investigation, I have to agree to pay for it $50-100 I refuse and had to pick up my car after 5.5 hours in service with no result or repair. Later at local auto repair facility problem in my car came to a MISSING FUSE and it took 1 minute and 22 second to investigate and to replace fuse out of courtesy, no payment involved. I'd like to know position of American Honda on such handling of warranty issues by Hudson Honda of West New York. More

Was called Fri morning with good news and bad news. Radiator was fixed but a/c was damaged in crash and didn't notice til car was put back together. No attempt was made to try and fix. Now we have drive back to Florida with no a/c. Adrian the service manager was great to deal with but somebody dropped the ball on the repair! More
Review of Juan Martinex, Service Advisor I have now owned a Honda CR-V since 2004, and of all the service advisors I have dealt with between Metro Honda, where I purchased the vehicle, and Hu I have now owned a Honda CR-V since 2004, and of all the service advisors I have dealt with between Metro Honda, where I purchased the vehicle, and Hudson Honda, Juan Martinez has by far been the best. Besides being a great guy and very pleasant to deal with, he is efficient in advising and updating on immediate issues and maintenance, following up on work performed, and suggesting any repairs that may be needed in the short term future. Car maintenance and the expense attached to it is, of course, not always the most fun thing to deal with, so having someone of his professional and personal caliber is refreshing to say the least. More
Aggressive Service Tactics I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership having my four different vehicles services over the last 15 years. In the past, the majority of t I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership having my four different vehicles services over the last 15 years. In the past, the majority of the time service was acceptable to good. However, in the last 18 months I have witnessed aggressive service selling every time I take my vehicle in if only for an oil change. They have become more concerned about "selling" service than their service performance. Recently I asked to have a noise checked and the service department came back with $3,000 in items to eliminate the noise and other issues they found. Since the vehicle was 5 years old I authorized the repairs because I knew it would make it safer and more comfortable to drive. When I drove out of the dealership the noise, that I had originally request to be repaired, was still there loud and clear. I should have been on alert for when I took the vehicle in there was a couple who were complaining about a new CR-V they purchased which had a persistent noise that this dealership had been unable to eliminate in 6 months. The service department is a money making racket for them. You ask to get an oil change and they come back with a report of 5 or 6 items that need to be repaired or replaced. I took the last report to my local service station and they laughed - only 1 item needed attention and it the least expensive one on the list. Beware!! More

Not fair to pay for something and not get it fixed correctly My Boyfriend took his car to get fixed by this location at Hudson Honda of West NY 9 months ago and in that time frame he went back because his car wa My Boyfriend took his car to get fixed by this location at Hudson Honda of West NY 9 months ago and in that time frame he went back because his car was making noise every time he went up hill or turned left or right( which was not making the noise prior to getting fixed). He then took it so they can check it out again and advise him that it was normal so he took there advise and didnt pay the car any mind but something in his gut told him to get second opinion with another HONDA MECHANIC and they told him that it was not normal and advise him to take it back to the original location and this will be the second time that he takes the car back for the same issue. This is so inconvenient for us cause of our work schedule and i hope this time they listen and fix the actual problem. My appointment is on monday so fingers crossed and to be continued... :\ More
