Took Forever! I called about a week ahead and scheduled an appointment for my oil change in hopes of avoiding a long wait time- not the case, sadly. My car was not taken back for a full hour- I waited a total of 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. It would have been nice if they called ahead and told me to come an hour later- I could have gotten some other things done. Additionally, when I called I asked how much a standard oil change typically runs and the person who scheduled me couldn’t even tell me... mediocre customer service, but my car seems to be running fine, so I can only hope the mechanical work was better than the customer service. Waiting time to long . No updates while waiting. Waited 2hrs for an oil change. Normally they would replenished fluids such as windshield. Not done at the moment.
