First, they were trying to give us the bear minimum on a barely used 2020 Honda Civic Sport. Then, they came out with Car Faxes stating the vehicle was in three accidents which the car was only in two minor barely used 2020 Honda Civic Sport. Both times it was the other drivers fault and they were minor cosmetics damages. When we questioned him about the 3rd accident, they came out with another report with 2 accidents, but with the report saying that the air bags had been deployed. We have both insurance and police reports which proves no air bags were deployed. The other sales reps were cursing and talking loud like we were hanging out in the corners. So unprofessional atmosphere. More

They said prices go up. Yes, even if we figure in the pandemic and inflation, did prices go up by 101% in 3 years from 2021 to 2024? So, I decided to keep the car (only had 5K miles on it anbd is in excellent condition) and asked to extend my warranty. David’s manager, Maynor rattled off some numbers. When I asked him to send me details of the warranty extension for me to read before, buying, no response which was not unexpected. I’m never going back to this dealership. More

First the car was listed around $21,000 the first thing they did was add other $6,000 to the listing saying services and fees. Then they said they would fix the front and back bumper because they were damaged which was not on the Carfax. I live like 1hr 40mins away from the dealership. They had me drop the car off for the bumper service on a Wednesday they said that's when the part will arrive, I uber home let me know when it will be ready for pick up. So now my new car is just sitting for almost 3 weeks because they never ordered the part, or they were waiting on the part a lot of run the around. Now I go pick up my car after 3 weeks without it. They only did the front bumper they were supposed to do the front and back and now trying to slap me with a $600 labor cost when they said they would take care of it. Now I am currently arguing with whoever picks up the phone I even talk to the so-called General Manager who was the most unprofessional manager I ever talk to felt like I was talk to a street thug. Why you ask because they are so low of a company that they are trying to extort me for a $600 labor cost that I refuse to pay and are holding my license plates and registration hostage. So, if I were you, I would stay far away from this criminal outfit. My temporary plate expired on Jun 30 it's now July 16th and they still refuse to give me my plate that are already paid for and in my name which makes it my property and they refuse to release them to me or even mail them to me. I didn't know a Honda dealership practices extortion! More

Before to take the loan, I asked the seller if the registration can comes under my name and he said yes. Now in the dealership, nobody gave me an answer about it, nobody helps and the financial guy just told me: you didnt ASK ME. This dealership only cared about the sells not about the customers. More
