Jake my sales agent was very helpful while I was comparing the Escape vs Focus, he talked to me about the features available in each and was very knowledgable about important details, such as the differences between SelectShift and PowerShift transmissions. I ended up leasing a Focus Titanium which has turned out to be the perfect fit for me. I could not be happier with my experience and will absolutely be back again. Gave him our names and contact numbers and said we would be back when we were ready to buy. Even though he had the means to contact us, he never called or pressured us to come back. We did save his card and went directly to him when we were ready. After test driving and making all the decisions (which actually took a few days) we bought a Ford Fusion Titanium. It was not easy making up our minds about what features we wanted, or needed and Andy was so patient and good natured as he worked to find exactly we wanted/needed. We are more than satisfied. By the way, everybody in the dealership seemed upbeat, and especially friendly. They all looked like they enjoy working at Hudson Ford. More

I would recommend that if someone is purchasing a new vehicle, get the best price where ever and forget any allegiance to this dealership. They'll give you an oil change, but that's it! More

He was able to get us an Escape within our budget with features we wanted and got us a good trade in amount for our old vehicle. Levi Klaudt did a great job explaining the financing and extended warranty options to us without any sales pressure. Overall it was a pleasurable car buying experience. More

After arriving at the dealership, our conversation with Trisha resulted in us moving up a purchase by a week. We were not pressured- we simply got everything we felt we needed in a helpful, conversational manner. It did not hurt that there was an auto in stock that fit our needs. However, looking back, we feel we would have committed even if we needed to wait for an auto. Once we made the decision, Levi helped get us through the lease issues quickly, but took the time needed to deal with questions. More
